The way Alabama assists Medicaid recipients and processes Medicaid reimbursements continues to evolve. My Care Alabama is an ACHN Entity that provides care coordination for Medicaid recipients in Alabama. We’re a group of healthcare providers and administrators across Alabama focused on providing the highest-quality care for the people of our regions. As we continue to build a quality healthcare network for our regions, we are always searching for quality providers that meet our high standards and better serve our recipients.
Our mission is simple: Provide innovative approaches that remove barriers to healthcare for the at-risk population in Alabama. We plan to do that in three key areas:
- Increase quality and reduce costs while improving the health of our recipients
- Utilize and grow Alabama-based resources
- Deliver a holistic, community-centric solution to our recipients
