My Care Alabama Northwest is the Alabama Coordinated Health Network (ACHN) Entity for the Northwest Region. The goal of My Care Alabama Northwest is to create a team of community and healthcare partners who are dedicated to providing Medicaid recipients with the highest quality of care possible in northwest Alabama.
